Last summer was one of our busiest ever. Our lifeguards kept hundreds of thousands of people safe on the beach. Now they need your help to get ready for next year.

How it works

3. You'll receive your card in the post. You can keep this or send it on as a gift for someone else.
4. At the same time, the RNLI will use the gift you’ve bought to help our lifesaving work.

About your gift:

This Lifesaving Gift could help fund our lifeguard service on over 240 beaches around
the UK and Channel Islands. This includes the cost of supervising beaches, providing and maintaining rescue equipment, running and maintaining lifeguard units, and providing
essential lifeguard training and kit.

Beach safety flags are part of that essential kit. Our lifeguards use flags to warn beachgoers of dangerous sea conditions and to show the safest areas for bathing and bodyboarding, and for watersports such as surfing, windsurfing and kayaking. Their vigilance saves lives.
