Delivery Information
Deliveries of orders are fulfilled by our delivery partner Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions (company number 6891662). Please note that any tracking information may list the sender as Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions.
Standard delivery (UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man)
This delivery option is available for delivery addresses across the UK including Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and islands.
The delivery options available to you will be shown at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address.
Standard Delivery is FREE when you spend £50 or over*, £3.95 for orders under £50*.
* This includes Virtual Gifts and any donations made to RNLI at checkout.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of our personalised children's books. These are printed on demand so may take longer to arrive than other items in your order.
Delivery is Monday to Friday not including Public Holidays.
Please note that Standard delivery to the UK mainland is a trackable service.

Express delivery (UK mainland only)
This delivery option is only available for delivery addresses on the UK mainland and excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands, islands, BFPO addresses and the following postcodes: AB31-AB56, FK17-FK21, HS1-HS9, IM1-IM9, IM99, IV1-IV99, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, PA20-PA80, PH15-PH50, PO30-PO41, TR21-TR25, ZE1-ZE5.
Express delivery costs £7.99 on any spend. Orders placed will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
Orders shipped outside of mainland UK including Highlands & Islands are not eligible for express service.

You will receive a tracking number in the dispatch email we'll send you once your parcel is sent from our warehouse.

International delivery (Republic of Ireland)
This delivery option is available to the Republic of Ireland.
The delivery options available to you will be shown at the checkout once you have entered your delivery address.
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis regardless of the weight or value of your order. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
- Delivery is Monday to Friday not including Public Holidays.
- At this time, we can only accept payment in GBP.
- Orders to Ireland are being shipped without UK VAT. You may be asked to pay local VAT and duties before being able to claim your parcel.
- Due to the new trading rules with the EU, we are currently unable to ship food, drinks, cosmetic products, chemicals, bladed items, animal products and plant products outside of the UK. Please go back to the checkout and remove these items from your basket.

Due to the recent changes in export regulations to the EU we are temporarily unable to ship to the rest of the EU. We apologise and hope to be back up and delivering to our valued customers as soon as possible.
Tracking your order
Your order will be sent out using Royal Mail, Evri, DHL or Parcelforce, depending on the chosen delivery option, size, weight and destination of the parcel.
You will receive a tracking number in the dispatch email we'll send you once your parcel is sent from our warehouse.
Order tracking is now available on our standard delivery service to the UK mainland. UK customers please allow 10 working days from placing your order, before notifying us of an order being lost in transit.
Undeliverable packages
A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender.
We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. Packages that have been returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded in full. If you would still like to purchase those products, please place a new order.
