Description

This lightweight scarf is made from soft, breathable cotton and has a colourful print inspired by the world’s first street collection, Lifeboat Saturday.

Sir Charles Macara, and his wife Marion Macara, organised the first Lifeboat Saturday in 1891. They raised £5,000 – over £500,000 today – which changed the face of fundraising forever.

Featuring a vibrant mix of blue and orange, this beautiful scarf is perfect for making a statement, and not just with colour – you’ll also be standing proudly with the volunteers who have helped save lives at sea for 200 years and counting.
