Pricing Information
Prices effective from January 2026.
The GBP (£) price is applicable to purchases made within the United Kingdom.
The EUR (€) price applies to purchases made in-store within the Republic of Ireland.
For online and telephone orders placed from the Republic of Ireland or other international locations, the final EUR price payable will be calculated using the GBP to EUR exchange rate applicable on the date the order is placed. As a result, the final EUR price charged may differ from the EUR price displayed in marketing materials.

Orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other local charges.

Customs duty, taxes and/or a customs clearance/handling fee ("Import Charges")
As listed in our Terms and Conditions page.
1 All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to non-refundable import, tax and customs charges that you are responsible for. Where you order products for delivery to an address in the Republic of Ireland, your order will be shipped from the United Kingdom. Your order may be subject to import customs duty, taxes and/or a customs clearance/handling fee ("Import Charges").
2 All products are sold on a delivery duty-unpaid basis. This means that the prices shown on our website are exclusive of any Import Charges. Import Charges are not collected by us at checkout and are not included in the delivery fee you pay us. Import Charges are payable by you and, within the EU, are collected by the delivery operator before your products can be delivered.
3 We are unable to confirm in advance the exact amount of any Import Charges, as these depend on factors outside our control.
4 If you refuse to pay the Import Charges, the delivery operator may hold or return the goods and we reserve the right to deduct our reasonable costs (including the original delivery costs and any return shipping or customs charges we incur) from any refund due to you.
5 Your right to change your mind and cancel an order is not affected by this clause. Import Charges are payable by you regardless of whether you subsequently cancel or return products, unless the products are faulty. Please consider any applicable costs before placing an order, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for these charges.
